This is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee", "you") and MoreYess ("Licensor", "we") for the MoreYess desktop application ("Software"). By installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Subject to your payment of the applicable license fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use MoreYess for your personal or internal business use.
This is a license, not a sale. You own the media on which the Software is delivered, but we retain ownership of the Software itself.
Your license key determines how many devices may run the Software:

"Device" means a single physical computer. The Software binds to your device's hardware fingerprint at activation. If you replace your computer, contact us to transfer your license — we allow one hardware transfer per year per seat.
Practical note on device limits: Because MoreYess runs locally and verifies licenses offline, the device binding prevents a license key from being casually copied to another computer. We operate the device-transfer policy on the honor system for legitimate hardware changes.

You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Do not share it publicly or post it online.
A note on local software: MoreYess runs on your machine. We cannot prevent a technically skilled user from inspecting or modifying their own copy. That does not grant permission to redistribute modified versions, circumvent licensing, or share keys beyond your seat count. We rely on the goodwill of paying customers — that trust is why the app stays fully offline and private.
Your purchase includes the version available at the time of purchase plus free bug-fix and minor updates for that major version (V1). Major version upgrades (e.g., V2) may be offered separately at our discretion.
We are not obligated to provide updates but aim to support the Software with improvements over time.
MoreYess is built on and bundles open-source software, including Ollama, faster-whisper, Kokoro TTS, and numerous libraries. These components are licensed under their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.), which are included with the Software. Nothing in this EULA overrides your rights under those licenses.
This license terminates automatically if you violate any term. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. The following survive termination: Sections 7 (IP ownership), 8 (disclaimer), 9 (liability), and any accrued payment obligations.
The Software is provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, even if advised of the possibility.
