1. How to evaluate MoreYess risk-free

  1. Buy it. Choose your plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency) and complete checkout.
  2. Try it for 30 days. Install the app, run real roleplays, drill objections, generate prep cards. Put it through its paces.
  3. Not for you? Full refund. If it's not helping within 30 days, email us for a complete refund — no questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@moreyess.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
  2. Include your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt) or the email you used at checkout.
  3. We process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. The funds return to your original payment method.
  4. You'll see the refund within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.

3. What happens to your license after a refund

Once a refund is issued, your license key is revoked. The Software will revert to the free base features (rule-based drills, prep cards, script templates, call tracker). Your locally-stored data is unaffected — it stays in your application data folder unless you delete it.

4. EU consumer rights

Consumers in the European Union have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 days after receiving digital goods, under EU consumer law. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this minimum. If you are an EU consumer and prefer to exercise your statutory right instead, just mention it in your refund email.

5. When refunds may be declined

We honor the 30-day guarantee for legitimate purchases. We may decline a refund in cases of clear abuse, such as:

6. Tax and fees

Because Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record, refunds are processed through them. Any taxes collected at checkout (EU VAT, sales tax) are refunded in full alongside the purchase price. You do not lose money to taxes on a refunded order.
