These Terms govern your use of moreyess.com and the MoreYess desktop application. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or the website.
MoreYess is a software product sold by its developer ("we", "us", "our"). For legal entity details or to contact us, email support@moreyess.com.
MoreYess is a local-first desktop application that helps you practice sales conversations using AI. The app runs on your computer. AI features require a local installation of Ollama (free, open-source) or a separately-configured cloud AI provider.
We provide the software "as is". We are not your sales coach, employer, or business advisor. The guidance and scores the app generates are practice tools, not professional sales advice or guarantees of results.
Licenses are sold as one-time purchases at the prices listed on our pricing page. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy — not MoreYess — is the seller of record for tax purposes. Applicable taxes (including EU VAT and US sales tax) are collected at checkout by Lemon Squeezy.
Upon successful payment, we deliver a license key to the email address you provide at checkout. License tiers and their device limits are described in our EULA.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid licenses, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your license key. Treat your key like a password — anyone with your key can activate the software on an authorized device. If your key is compromised, contact us immediately.
You agree to provide accurate information at checkout (especially your email address, which is how we deliver your license).

The MoreYess software, branding, website content, and documentation are our intellectual property. Purchasing a license grants you a right to use the software under the terms in our EULA — it does not transfer ownership of the software itself.
Content you create in the app (scripts, scenarios, transcripts) belongs to you.
MoreYess is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
You are responsible for evaluating any AI-generated content before relying on it in a real business context.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of MoreYess is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
MoreYess integrates with or relies on third-party software including Ollama, faster-whisper, Kokoro TTS, Lemon Squeezy, and optional cloud AI providers. We are not responsible for the behavior, availability, or terms of these third parties. Their respective privacy policies and terms apply.
We may update MoreYess at any time. Paid licenses include the version available at purchase plus free bug-fix updates. Paid upgrades (e.g., V2) are optional and separately priced.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller of record (Lemon Squeezy for transactions) and the developer's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts. EU consumers retain rights under their local consumer protection laws.
